We are committed to providing high-quality training programs and services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it explains your rights regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Digital Products and Services

Athlxpro offers digital training programs, personalized coaching, and subscription-based services through our website and HubFit app.

Due to the nature of digital content and personalized services, **all sales are final once access to the program or materials has been provided** (for example, after program delivery or app access is granted).

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, **provided that you have not yet accessed the digital content or started using the services**.

Once digital content (such as training programs or access to the HubFit app) is delivered or accessed, the right of withdrawal is waived, as per Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive regarding digital content.

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Subscriptions

Our subscription plans (monthly payments) can be managed or canceled at any time by the customer via their account or through the Stripe customer portal:

**We do not offer partial refunds for subscription periods already started.** When you cancel a subscription, your access remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which no further charges will occur.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Personalized training programs already created and delivered
  • Access to HubFit app once activated
  • Coaching services already provided (1:1 sessions, consultations, adjustments)
  • Discounted or promotional services
